Chris Hanson, European Tour golfer 2016 season, signs up…
European Tour professional Chris Hanson will be preparing for his matches across the continent and further afield on European Golf artificial grass.
The back garden of his home in Huddersfield has been re-laid with European Golf’s nylon tour putt ultimate putting green turf to aid his practice when he’s not playing in tournaments around the world.
The turf is non-directional, which means that it stimps at 9.1 all-year round. So whatever the weather, the ball’s roll speed remains the same.
The Woodsome Hall golfer, who in June 2016 sat above Tiger Woods in the Official World Rankings, tweeted his gratitude with the message: ‘Huge thanks to @EuropeanGolf14 for installing my green and transforming the garden!! #gardengolf #trueroll’
Chris qualified for the 2016 European Tour season in the 2015 qualifying school.
He had previously qualified for the 2014 Open Championship
