3-Part Roof System
A common stumbling block when it comes to planning and installing a roof garden is the drainage – without a natural fall on your roof, or an uneven finish (fibreglass, for example), you may soon find yourself struggling with an Artificial Surface. Active Golf Projects provide a 3-Part system when installing a roof garden, to ensure drainage will not be an issue with your roof. The system consists of a 7mm Cuspated drainage and 25mm Shock pad, followed by your choice of artificial golf or lawn grass. This system provides excellent vertical and horizontal drainage for flat roof systems, ensuring quick drying of the surface and additional protection of the roof system.
Modular Panel Roof System
If your roof has a natural fall or doesn’t require a 3-Part Roof System to assist drainage issues, you may be more beneficial going for a Modular Panel system. Modular Panel installs are consist of the same technology, whether installed inside or out. The panels are cut into the shape of your area, so that the grass fit’s flush to the edges, maximising the room of putting or lounging space! They’re then fixed and fastened into place, creating a seamless surface ready for styrofoam contours and the artificial grass product of your choice.
